An old short shotgun microphone designed for reporting and film production. The K3-U body has and optional battery slot, but the original 5.6V PX 23 mercury batteries are no longer manufactured. It is however possible to use four 1.5V LR44 batteries instead if needed. The body accepts 12-48V Phantom Power via XLR.
